What we can help with

The right scope for your surfaces

A single room, a group of interior spaces, or an exterior refresh each needs a different preparation plan. Tell us which surfaces need attention and which should stay as they are.

Walls, ceilings & trim

Interior painting can include walls, ceilings, baseboards, doors, and other trim. Identify each surface so the estimate distinguishes the areas to be painted from those to be protected.

Preparation & drywall repairs

Patching, surface preparation, and priming are considered alongside the finish coat. Photos of holes, cracks, peeling areas, or uneven repairs help start the conversation about what the surface needs.

Siding & exterior details

Exterior scope can cover siding and trim. Existing coating condition, access around the house, preparation needs, and suitable working weather all affect the plan.

Before you reach out

A few details help us start.

You do not need every answer ready. Bring what you know, and we can discuss the next steps together.

Tell us about your project
  • Name the surfaces

List the rooms or exterior areas, approximate dimensions, and whether ceilings, doors, and trim are included.

  • Share the finish you want

Send color references and tell us whether you are keeping the current color or making a change. Final product and sheen selections belong in the agreed scope.

  • Plan for access

Mention furniture, occupied rooms, working hours, and any exterior access constraints so preparation and scheduling reflect your property.

How it works

From first conversation to final walkthrough.

  1. Review the existing finish

We discuss the surfaces, visible repair needs, and your priorities, with an on-site review when appropriate.

  2. Agree on preparation & painting

The written estimate defines the selected areas and preparation work. Colors, finish choices, and access arrangements are confirmed for the project.

  3. Complete & walk through

Work follows the approved scope, with site protection and a final review of the painted areas and any agreed adjustments.

Every estimate is based on the property and the agreed scope. Timing and material selections are confirmed as part of that conversation.

Common questions

Good questions before you begin.

Have a question about your property? Call Marco to discuss the details.

Can drywall patching be included with painting?

Yes. Drywall patching and preparation are part of the painting services we discuss. Share photos of the damaged areas so the repair work can be reviewed and included in the written scope where appropriate.

What affects the painting estimate?

The size and number of surfaces, existing finish condition, repair and preparation needs, access, and selected finishes all matter. A room count alone does not describe the full job, so the estimate is based on the agreed work.

How is exterior painting scheduled?

Exterior work is planned around the property, access, preparation requirements, and suitable weather. Tell us your preferred timing at the first conversation; the working schedule is confirmed after the scope is reviewed.
